HAPKIDO CLASSES

Hapkido is a Korean Martial Art.  It has all the kicks and hand strikes like other martial arts but also incorporates joint locks, pressure points and throws.  Hapkido is  considered to be one of the best self defense arts there is.

2009-2010 HAPKIDO MEMBERS

 
 Along with Hapkido, Master Custer teaches Koong Joong Mu Sul, which translates as Royal Court Martial Arts.  At one time, these techniques were taught only to the palace guards and the Royal family.  They include the sword, long and short stick, cane, belt or rope techniques and defense with the fan.

Classes offered will include:

• Adult Hapkido Class
• Korean Martial Art Class (ages 3-adult)
